I turn complex enterprise infrastructure into products customers can build on.
For 17+ years I’ve worked across fintech, telecommunications and consulting, most recently leading API platform strategy for the communications systems that global banks and hedge funds run their trading floors on. My focus now is AI-first products and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), giving AI agents safe, structured access to enterprise systems.

Small working models of decisions I make. All data is illustrative; nothing here comes from any employer.
Enterprise APIs are sold three ways: a one-time on-prem license with yearly maintenance, a per-user-per-month (PUPM) subscription for the cloud-native version, or pure usage pricing. Which is cheapest for the buyer depends on users, volume and how long they keep it. Move the sliders to see the crossover.
Illustrative prices. On-prem: $150,000 one-time license, then 20% of the license per year for maintenance and support, starting in year 2. Cloud-native PUPM: $45 per user per month, hosting and upgrades included. Usage-based: $1.50 per 1,000 API calls.
A real enterprise roadmap balances four kinds of work, not just new features. Set how much each matters this cycle, then edit any idea’s scores. The ranking updates, making trade-offs visible so sales, engineering and leadership argue about the same thing.
Each idea is scored 0 to 5 on the four drivers. Score = weighted value ÷ effort in person-months. Weights are shown as a share of the total.
| Feature idea | New revenue | Ops efficiency | Enterprise maintenance | Sustaining eng. | Effort | Score |

Each microservice publishes an OpenAPI spec, and Swagger turns it into live documentation. A developer authorizes once, opens an endpoint, presses “Try it out”, and sees the exact request and response.
Try it: run an endpoint without a token to see the error, then paste any text as a token and run it again.
A fictional trading communications API built for this page. It is not IPC’s API, and responses are simulated in your browser.
